This is a hotel go-to for Frankfurt am Main! The property is newly renovated, it has incredibly nice staff at all times. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet. They have complimentary beverages in the Irish bar.

Its location was great and awesome, to main river, and in a downtown area. Spent a nice evening at Green Thai, located very close to the venue.

The breakfast was excellent, I would definitely stop here again. The rooms were cheap and mine was reasonably large with stunning views, hauge bath, as example. I appreciated Irish bar.

The rooms were huge, especially those with stunning views as well as air conditioning. The hotel had a marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to Arabella Ladengalerie.

The room was large and cheap, had functional bathroom. The food was fine, the atmosphere of the place was quiet!

Some of the staff were angry.

There were comfortable beds and central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels inside the room. The staff was genuinely helpful, they provided a good service. The vibe here was quiet. No worries about free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It worked quickly.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary essentials provided. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location, right at the beginning of the main shopping street, was a major advantage. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the daily provision of fresh towels.

The lack of air conditioning was a downside, but the hotel provided fans to help with the heat. Another minor inconvenience was the outdoor parking lot, which was quite cramped and required leaving the car key with the receptionist.

The atmosphere created was quiet. This recently refurbished and fabulous hotel had central setting near pedestrian area.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main tourist sights on Zeil street. The staff were attentive and provided us with a room equipped with a baby bed, allowing our little one to crawl around comfortably. The room had high ceilings and felt spacious, with new and modern facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which offered healthy options and was included in the price.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.
